Lydia Dallas is a passionate Pilates instructor blending classical foundations with contemporary techniques and strength. With a teaching style rooted in mindful movement, Lydia helps clients build deep core stability, functional strength, and body awareness—on and off the mat. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to elevate your practice, expect a balanced approach that challenges and supports every body. Lydia currently teaches hot Pilates + Sculpt classes at Fuze House and athletic reformer classes at Natural Pilates, as well as offering private training in-studio, at home, and in a small group setting or for private events.
