About this Event
This year our theme is "Supporting Aging and Longevity" and we will be featuring six expert speakers, a panel discussion and a number of interactive exhibits and activities to be enjoyed by all attendees.
Featuring talks from:

- Dr Rachel Savage - Women's College Hospital
- Nazira Jaffer - Generations Toronto
- Dr Gary Myers - York University
- Vanessa Sparks - Toronto Public Library
Interactive events including:
- Exhibits from the Women's College Hospital Archives
- Breaktime chair yoga session (optional)*
- Community photography exhibit by the residents of St Jamestown
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
This event is in-person only and will not be live streamed.

Women's College Hospital is a fully accessible venue for people using mobility devices.
Masks are not required, but attendees are welcome to wear them to our event without judgement in line with their personal health needs and comfort.

One of the activities that will take place during the break is a short chair yoga session led by Ian Jarvie, licensed yoga instructor, and RMT. Participation in the chair yoga session is voluntary. Participants are encouraged to participate within their own abilities and comfort level and to modify or discontinue any activity as needed.
