Healthcare Leaders RVA (HCLRVA) is a monthly gathering for high-performing healthcare leaders and private practice owners. It's a think tank for deep conversations with people who understand what you're navigating every day.
Every second Thursday of the month, we bring together leaders from across healthcare, from health systems to independent practices, to think, share, problem-solve, and grow.
Each month we gather to:
- Dig into what's happening in healthcare, including policy shifts, workforce pressures, financial realities, and the systemic challenges shaping our work
- Share perspectives, resources, and hard-won insight across specialties and sectors
- Support each other through the real decisions, transitions, and challenges of leading in this industry
- Build a peer network of leaders who show up for each other beyond the meeting
