EVENT OVERVIEW
Your morning begins the moment you walk in.
At check-in, you’ll receive your gifted workout set and be welcomed with coffee + drinks from our coffee cart — the perfect way to ease in, connect, and get settled.
We’ll kick things off with our signature speed connecting experience, designed to instantly break the ice and find your new Nashville BFF.
From there, we’ll move into a 60-minute live panel featuring incredible women who have built massive social media followings and businesses organically (announcement coming soon 👀).
After the panel, enjoy a short break to grab snacks, explore brand activations, shop vendors, and connect.
MOVEMENT EXPERIENCE
We’ll then transition into your movement blocks.
You’ll be assigned a personalized schedule at check-in, where you’ll rotate through:
- Pilates
- Padel
- Breathwork
Every guest will experience all three
Between each session, you’ll have time to explore wellness activations, photo moments, vendors, and food + drinks available for purchase.
CLOSING MOMENT
We’ll wrap the experience with curated goodie bags and final connection moments.
