About this Event

Event Overview

Morgan CARES, HopeWell Cancer Support, The Friends of Colllington Square Park, and Cross Steet Partners are co-hosting the Health, Hope & Harmony Festival. This free, family-oriented community event will bring together local organizations, residents, and partners for a day focused on health, wellness, and community engagement.

It will be on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Hoen & Co Lithograph Building (2101 E Biddle Street Baltimore MD 21213).

The festival will include activities and attractions such as:

  • Over 40 community resource tables
  • Health screenings and demonstrations
  • Music, games, and food trucks
  • Children’s activities (such painting and jewelry making)
  • Green space Walking Tours
  • Giveaways and other family-friendly activities for all ages

This will be a great day for learning, connection, and fun! We hope you will join!


About the host organizations

Morgan CARES: Morgan CARES (Community-Aligned REsearch Solutions) is a part of the Center for Urban Health Disparities Research and Innovation at Morgan State University. It is a hub for community-campus collaboration that promote health in Baltimore City. It facilitates community-driven health research and offers funding opportunities, training, capacity-building events, resources, and much more.

HopeWell Cancer Support: Since 1993, HopeWell has been dedicated to the psychosocial support of people with cancer... any diagnosis, at any stage ... in treatment, long-term survivorship, or facing the end of life. They, their families and friends are invited to join an inclusive community of people who share the common bond of cancer. Our community spirit, deep values, and comprehensive programs help participants develop their own, self-determined ways of coping and are conducive to inspiring hope.

Friends of Collington Square Park: Friends of Collington Square Park brings neighbors together to care for the park, guide future improvements, support neighborhood development, and celebrate the stories, green spaces, and community life around Collington Square.

Cross Street Partners: Cross Street Partners is a real estate company focused on re-building communities by creating vibrant urban mixed-use neighborhoods built on a foundation of innovation and entrepreneurial activity. They specialize in adaptive reuse of historic properties, sustainable design and building practices, and transit-oriented development.
