Back-to-School Giveaway — free school supplies for kids (while supplies last), plus free health screenings including blood pressure, glucose, and more.
Appointment Availability— our team will be scheduling sports physicals and other appointments for new and existing patients right at the fair!
Enjoy several food trucks and sweet treats, browse wellness and beauty vendors, and get connected with behavioral health resources, our mobile clinic, and telehealth services.
