Join us for our first annual Health Fair! We will be welcoming the following community groups to share resources, information, and services:
Community Healthcare--information and free flu shots (registration required to receive a flu shot), blood pressure checks
Rock Island County Health Department-- Informational table, mammogram and breast screening vouchers, family support
American Heart Association-- Informational table and Hands-Only CPR class from 11-11:45am
Robert Young Center-- Informational table, referral services
AOK/EveryChild-- Informational table, Doulas, family support and resources
Pride In Motion-- Informational table and resources about exercise opportunities around the QCA
Under the Helmet-- Informational table, Biometric Lock Box giveaways, Trauma Response Training session from 12:15-1pm
Oak Street Health-- Informational table and resources
Team Phoenix Martial Arts-- Informational table and resources
