Your Health. Your Choices. Your Future.

When it comes to our health, aging, and planning for the future, knowing what resources are available can make all the difference. But where do we begin? Who do we ask? And how do we know what options are right for ourselves or the people we love?

That's why we created the Health & Wholeness Expo!

Join us for a welcoming, informative, and interactive community event designed to help individuals, families, caregivers, and older adults explore valuable resources, ask questions, and become better informed about the choices available to them.

And this time, we're adding something extra special: a little friendly competition, plenty of personality, and an opportunity for YOU to help choose a winner!

The First-Ever MAC OFF!

Local senior living communities are bringing the competition, and YOU get to be the judge!

We're introducing our first-ever MAC OFF, bringing together local senior living communities for a fun and friendly competition.

Come cheer on the participants, enjoy the excitement, and cast your vote for your favorite!

It's an opportunity to celebrate our local senior living communities, share some laughs, and enjoy a little friendly rivalry.

Your vote counts, so come ready to participate!

Two Educational Panel Discussions

Because aging well isn't just about healthcare. It's also about understanding our choices, maintaining independence, and preparing for the financial realities that come with different stages of life.

Panel 1: What Does Aging Well Really Mean?

What does it mean to age well, and who gets to define it?

Join a meaningful conversation exploring independence, quality of life, personal choices, wellness, and the resources that help us live life on our own terms.

Panel 2: The Financial Realities of Aging – What You Need to Know

What does aging actually cost? What does Medicare cover, and what expenses might you be responsible for?

Explore the financial requirements, potential liabilities, and important considerations surrounding healthcare, senior living, long-term care, and planning for the future.

Both panels are designed to encourage thoughtful questions, practical learning, and informed decision-making.

What Else Will You Discover?

Meet knowledgeable community partners and explore educational resources covering:

  • Health & Wellness: Healthcare services, preventive care, and overall well-being.
  • Medicare & Healthcare Coverage: Understanding benefits, coverage options, and potential out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Aging in Place: Resources that support safety, comfort, and independence at home.
  • Senior Living & Housing: Independent living, assisted living, adult family homes, and other housing options.
  • Caregiver & Family Support: Helpful resources for families navigating care decisions.
  • Financial & Future Planning: Understanding costs, available resources, and important planning considerations.
  • Community Services: Discover local organizations, programs, and professionals you may not have known were available.

More Than Just an Expo

This isn't about collecting brochures and going home with a bag full of information you may never read.

It's about having meaningful conversations, discovering possibilities, asking questions you didn't know you needed to ask, and walking away with information you can actually use.

And with our first-ever MAC OFF and two engaging panel discussions, we're making learning a little more interactive, entertaining, and memorable!

Who Should Attend?

Everyone is welcome!

Whether you're 35 and helping your parents navigate their next chapter, 55 and planning your own future, 75 and exploring new resources, or a caregiver simply looking for answers, this event is for you.
