Author Sofia Bothwell will guide you through the three main concepts that ensure natural permanent weight loss.
- Eating when hungry and stopping when full
- Pinpointing and resolving the emotional issues that can cause you to eat when full.
- Raising self-acceptance
There will be a talk, a 20 minute break, visualisations and a question and answer section.
You will leave with tools and ideas to empower you to embark on your own healing journey towards permanent and lasting slimness.
There will be the option of a follow up weekly support group via video call.
