Join us for an immersive, full-body meditative experience where participants let therapeutic sound waves and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and gongs wash over them to promote relaxation. Clinical studies indicate these sessions can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, and tension.
Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Adrienne Smith is a certified sound healing practitioner and teacher who transitioned from a career in law and higher education to offer immersive sound experiences. Through her practice, Perfect Fifths Sound Healing, she utilizes quartz singing bowls, tuning forks, and drums to facilitate public sound baths, private sessions, and educational workshops.
