About this Event
Exploring the shame we carry, where it comes from, and how we can meet ourselves with more compassion. Through meaningful conversations and reflective practices, you’ll align with your authentic self, embrace healing, and cultivate healthier experiences.
This Session’s Theme: Healing Shame and Cultivating Self-Compassion
In this session, we’ll explore:
- What shame actually is and how it differs from guilt and embarrassment.
- Where core shame comes from, and how it can quietly become the lens through which we see ourselves.
- The different ways shame can show up, including perfectionism, people pleasing, self-sabotage, numbing, hiding and avoidance.
- How self-compassion can interrupt the shame cycle, along with practical ways to begin practising it.
This session is for you if…

- You’re ready to connect with others on a similar path and experience the power of collective healing and growth.
