Healing HourNew Weekly Class
TUESDAYS @7PM
As we step into a new year, give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and receive.
We’re excited to introduce Healing Hour, a new weekly Tuesday evening experience combining the deeply restorative practices of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing.
Yoga Nidra, often described as yogic sleep, guides you into a state of profound relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. As the body settles and the mind becomes quieter, you’ll be invited to release tension, restore your energy, and reconnect with yourself.
Following the Nidra practice, allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and sound healing instruments to surround you. Simply lie back, breathe, listen, and receive as the sounds create a peaceful space for deep rest and restoration.
Yoga Nidra — Deep guided relaxation
Sound Healing — Vibrational relaxation & restoration
Deep Rest — A space to pause and reset
Whether you’re carrying the stress of the day, feeling energetically depleted, or simply craving a little more stillness in your life, Healing Hour is your invitation to come home to yourself.
Less doing. More being. More breathing. More receiving.
Come rest, restore, and reconnect.
