Our foundational scripture is 1 Samuel 16:23, when David played the harp for Saul and “relief would come to Saul; he would feel better, and the evil spirit would leave him.” Through prayerful reflection, Biblical encouragement, and soothing sounds, we create space for peace, restoration, emotional release, and calming of anxiety.
This Christian-based sound bath is designed to help quiet the mind, restore the nervous system, and reconnect the spirit with God’s presence in a safe, peaceful, and nurturing environment.
If you have been feeling emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, anxious, or simply in need of rest, this is your invitation to pause, breathe, pray, and heal.
Space is limited. Reserve your spot today and come experience sacred rest, restoration, and community.
