Join us beneath the magnificent tree at Colee Hammock Park for a soulful morning of sacred drumming, ceremonial cacao, connection, healing, and gratitude.
Gratitude is a powerful practice that invites us to shift our awareness, embrace the beauty of the present moment, and recognize the abundance already within and around us.
Together, we'll create space to honor our blessings, release what no longer serves us, and open our hearts to deeper awareness, connection, and appreciation for life's journey.
We'll begin with a heart-centered cacao ceremony, inviting us to slow down, cultivate presence, and deepen our connection to ourselves and one another.
Through the ancient rhythms of the drum, mindful breathing, and collective intention, we'll create a sacred space to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and Mother Earth.

No drumming experience is necessary! Whether you're new to drumming or have been drumming for years, all are welcome.
Drums & What to Bring
A limited number of drums will be available for use on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. You're encouraged to bring your own frame drum if you have one.
Please bring something comfortable to sit on, water, and an open heart.
Ceremonial cacao will be provided. Participation in the cacao ceremony is optional.
