Join us for a Healing Circle (Breathwork + Meditation)!
Experience the power of breathwork and meditation in this in-person event held at Kindred Healing Space. Located on Colby Avenue in Everett, WA, USA, this tranquil setting provides the perfect environment for deep healing and relaxation.
This is an hour long workshop of expanding your consciousness, working with some mindful breathing exercises followed by a meditation with a sound bath. In closing we will have a tea offering. Wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to breathe into your belly and be able to sit/lay on mats. Water to hydrate is a good idea as well.
Whether you're new to breathwork and meditation or have an established practice, this Healing Circle is open to all. Come as you are, and let the collective energy of the group support and uplift you.
