About this Event
Understanding the past, healing the present, and developing compassion for yourself.
Many women carry the emotional impact of difficult childhood experiences, family dynamics or past trauma. These early experiences can shape how we feel about ourselves, how we manage emotions and how we relate to others.
This 10-week therapeutic programme for women offers a safe and supportive space to gently explore these patterns and begin the process of healing.
In a small, professionally facilitated group, participants will gain a deeper understanding of trauma responses, emotional patterns and inner child wounds, while learning practical ways to build self-compassion and emotional resilience.
The programme combines psychoeducation, reflective exercises and supportive group discussion.
Participants are never required to share personal trauma details, and sharing is always voluntary.
What We Will Explore
Across ten weekly sessions we will explore themes such as:
• Understanding trauma and nervous system responses
• Recognising emotional triggers and patterns
• Working with shame and self-criticism
• Inner child awareness and healing
• Understanding the inner critic
• Relationship patterns and boundaries
• Developing self-compassion and emotional resilience
• Integrating new understanding and moving forward
