Healing & ReleaseA Two-Day Journey Within
Before we can truly align with what we want to create, sometimes we need to make space for it.
Join us December 5–6 for a deeply intentional two-day retreat designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and gently explore the places within yourself that may be asking for attention, healing, or release.
Throughout our first day together at A Spiritual Touch, we will create a safe and supportive space to look beneath the surface. Through meditation, reflection, journaling, Reiki, sound healing, and intentional practices, we will explore the things that may feel uncomfortable—the patterns, emotions, beliefs, experiences, or stories we may still be carrying.
This isn’t about forcing ourselves to “fix” everything. It’s about becoming aware of what is ready to be acknowledged, honored, healed, and released.
On Day Two, we will meet at Float Retreat in Post Falls, where we will continue our journey in a peaceful environment designed for deep relaxation and integration. We will take time to release what no longer serves us, reconnect with ourselves, and create space for what comes next.
As 2026 comes to a close, this retreat is an opportunity to ask:
What am I ready to leave behind?
What within me is asking to heal?
What do I need to release so I can step into 2027 feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned?
You don’t have to know the answers before you arrive. That’s what these two days are for. ✨
