An evening for the people who are usually the ones holding space. Share your modality, experience the work of other local practitioners, and spend some time on the receiving end for a change.--
You spend so much time caring for others. When was the last time you got to be the one receiving?
Healers Healing Healers is a community night created for the people who are usually the ones holding space.
Inspired by the idea of a Reiki Share, this evening opens the circle wider, bringing together practitioners from different healing and wellness modalities to share their work with one another.
Reiki practitioners, massage therapists, bodyworkers, energy workers, breathwork facilitators, sound practitioners, yoga teachers, holistic wellness practitioners, and others who work in healing spaces are welcome.
How the evening works
We'll divide into two groups of five. During the first half of the evening, one group will offer while the other receives.
Each practitioner will have their own station and offer a 15-minute experience of their modality. Those receiving will rotate from station to station until they've experienced all five practitioners.
Then we'll take a short break and switch.
By the end of the evening, you'll have had the opportunity to share your work with five people and, just as importantly, spend 75 minutes receiving five different healing experiences yourself.
Your offering doesn't need to represent everything you do. Think of it as a small, intentional experience that can be shared one-on-one within a 15-minute window.
Healers Healing Healers is about building community among the people doing this work while making sure we're taking care of ourselves, too. It's a chance to meet other local practitioners, experience modalities you may not have tried before, share some of your own work, and actually make time to receive.
Because when you're usually the person taking care of everyone else, it's really easy to forget that you need that too.
