We will gather together to share our experiences and explore self care and support tools, so we can show up more authentically and well resourced for ourselves, the work and those we serve. Laura, along with a special monthly guest, will share their expertise, wisdom and magic to help guide and support you in being able to fully express and support yourself in the work you are doing in our community and the world.
Bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water - we will have sharing time, discussion, somatic guiding practives and gentle movement offerings
