Already dance Brazilian Zouk and want to feel more comfortable, fluid and confident in your headmovements?Join me for a 3-hour follower technique bootcamp dedicated to exploring headmovements with more openness, softness and freedom, grounded in a strong technical foundation.
Headmovements can look effortless and beautiful, but they also require a good understanding of structure, balance and how your body moves through space.
💫 In this bootcamp, we will explore:
• Tools to make your headmovements feel more fluid, comfortable and expressive
• How to create more relaxation and openness in your headmotion
• Understanding the structure behind different headmovements
• Finding balance and stability while allowing the head to move freely
• How to integrate headmovements more naturally into your travelling
• Finding a better balance between movement, control and release
• Developing awareness of your body, weight and alignment
It’s about understanding how and when to release which muscles, while having the structure and awareness to support that freedom.
💃🏼 Level requirements:
Whether you already love headmovements or are completely new to them, this bootcamp will give you practical tools to explore them with more confidence, softness and fluidity. The only pre-requisite is that you are familiar with the foundational movements of Brazilian Zouk.
