About this Event
Headline Comedy: Luke Severeid LIVE!
Saturday, December 5 | 7 PM | Barrel Proof Lounge | Downtown Santa Rosa
Half a million followers. Sold-out international shows. Two comedy specials with KNOTFEST. One very loud Saturday night in Santa Rosa.
Seattle comedian Luke Severeid is bringing his gloriously unhinged brand of stand-up comedy to Barrel Proof Lounge for a special Saturday edition of Headline Comedy!
Bald, bearded, metal-headed, and built like your favorite band's former bass player, Luke is a walking collision of heavy metal energy, absurd observations, and hilariously chaotic storytelling.
His comedy has been described as "aggressively absurd," "idiotically insightful," and perhaps most accurately, "unmedicated ADHD in action." And somehow, it all makes perfect sense when he's holding a microphone.
With over 500,000 followers online, Luke has taken his comedy around the world, including a sold-out Australian tour as part of KNOTFEST, the legendary heavy metal music festival.
He's also recorded two stand-up comedy specials in Minneapolis, set to become KNOTFEST's first-ever stand-up comedy special releases.
Luke's comedy hits like a guitar solo you didn't see coming. Loud, fast, ridiculous, and surprisingly insightful. He's got the energy of a metal frontman and the comedic instincts to turn everyday absurdity into something spectacularly funny.
This is exactly why we do Headline Comedy. Bigger acts, special Saturday shows, and comedians worth making a night out for.
