The Hough Cultural Preservation Project (HCPP) places Hough's rich history, culture, and residents at the center of future investments in public spaces, neighborhood identity, wealth-building initiatives, and other community development efforts.
Join us for the HCPP Strategic Roadmap Celebration + Conversation to mark the end of the planning phase and the beginning of the implementation phase. We'll gather together on October 1st, 2026 at Leo's Arts and Music Collaboratory and reflect together on the 18 resident-inspired stratgies identified in this roadmap. In the third quarter of 2026, MTC finalized a Cultural Roadmap for Hough that was developed through conversations with more than 800 community members across 35 gatherings over a 15-month period. The 18 strategies, organized under the pillars of People, Place, Power, and Prosperity, are grounded in the community's vision and priorities for the next wave of investment in Hough.
