Looking for a friendly, zero-pressure way to kick off your weekend? Join us for Hays Farm parkrun EVERY Saturday morning!🤔 What is parkrun? (Spoiler: It’s not just for runners!)
parkrun is a free, weekly community event focused on wellness and connection. Whether you want to race for a personal best, jog with a friend, walk the dog, push a stroller, or just volunteer and cheer people on - everyone is welcome.
There is absolutely no time limit, and no one ever finishes last (we have a dedicated Tail Walker who stays at the back of the pack!). It’s entirely whatever you want it to be.
