Join us for a three-day cultural wellness and empowerment experience created to uplift and connect the African American community through education, movement, food, and intentional conversation. ?✨
This immersive weekend brings together interactive workshops, wellness demonstrations, shared meals, and community-centered discussions focused on whole-person wellness. Participants will engage in activities that support physical health, emotional well-being, financial literacy, and relationship building — all within a culturally affirming and welcoming environment.

• Cacao and sound-based wellness experiences

• Relationship and community-centered panel discussions

The weekend kicks off with a Friday Night Meet & Greet/Kickoff Party ?? featuring a live DJ and specialty mocktails, creating a fun and energetic space for guests to connect, dance, and celebrate community.
Saturday features a full day of educational and wellness-focused programming ? centered on culture, health, and empowerment.
Sunday is our Community Activity Day ??⚽ — a high-energy, outdoor-focused experience built around movement, fun, and friendly competition.
