Kick off the holiday season with one of our community’s favorite traditions! The City of Winter Haven and City of Auburndale are proud to partner once again to present the 2026 Havendale Christmas Parade on Friday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m.The parade will travel approximately 3.1 miles along Havendale Boulevard, beginning near the intersection of 14th Street and Havendale Boulevard in Winter Haven and continuing west toward Auburndale, ending just before 42nd Street.
Local businesses, organizations, schools, community groups, marching bands, vehicle clubs and more are invited to help bring Havendale Boulevard to life with festive lights, creative decorations and plenty of Christmas spirit. Entries will also have the opportunity to compete for several parade awards recognizing sparkle, creativity, overall presentation and participant spirit.
Parade applications open Monday, September 21! Registration is $50 per unit, and completed applications, payment and proof of insurance must be submitted by Thursday, November 5, 2026, or until the parade reaches capacity. All accepted participants are also required to attend the mandatory parade meeting on Tuesday, November 17 at 7:00 p.m. at Lake Ariana Park.
Whether you’re joining us along the route or decorating an entry of your own, we look forward to celebrating the season together and continuing this holiday tradition connecting Winter Haven and Auburndale!
