Becoming a grandparent is more than welcoming a new baby, it’s the beginning of a new chapter in your family’s story.
Designed for expectant grandparents, this meaningful and creative workshop invites you to reflect on the stories, traditions, values, and wisdom you hope to carry forward to the next generation.
Together, we’ll explore what you’ve inherited from those who came before you, what you’ve learned through parenting, and what you hope to pass along to your children and grandchildren.
You’ll begin creating a personal “gift basket” of family memories and generational wisdom. Fill it with treasured family stories, meaningful moments from your children’s childhood, photographs and recipes, lessons learned from your own parents, letters to your future grandchild, an ethical will, and your hopes and dreams for the generations to come.
And as you prepare for your new role, discover a special way to support your children as they prepare for theirs. We'll introduce our new expectant parents program with partners , where childbirth education, Jewish wisdom and lasting friendships come together. Give them a meaningful head start on their parenting journey.
