Haus Flow
Join us for Haus Flow, an outdoor yoga experience led by Toledo Mindfulness Institute.
Created to bring movement, community and purpose together in the beer garden at Inside the Five Brewing Co.
Start your day with an energizing, all-levels yoga flow in a welcoming atmosphere. Afterwards, stay to sip, connect and enjoy a special drink menu from CK Sweets until Haus Fest (Beau Haus grand opening) at 1pm. All attendees are welcome to join.
The first 10 guests to purchase tickets will also recieve an exclusive Beau Haus tote bag!
Most importantly, 33% of all proceeds will benifit H.O.O.V.E.S,. an organization supporting veterans through mental health, healing and connection.
Come as you are, bring your yoga mat and enjoy a morning of good movement, good drinks and even better energy.
