Check-In Details:
Parking and ticketing are located at the Pier Store, follow signs from the entrance gate. Guests will board a tram to the ferry dock. The tram departs the Pier Store 30 minutes before the scheduled ferry departure time on the reservation. A park entrance pass is required to access the tour if not already purchased.

Costume (encouraged), jacket or throw, sunglasses (optional), hat (optional), camera (optional)
Restrictions:
No pets (excluding legal service animals per ADA standards), no smoking or vaping onboard, no portable speakers
Good to Know:
Park admission fee is not included
24-hour cancellation notice is required
Most of the lower deck is covered, but this is an open boat; come prepared for rain, sun, and wind
Wildlife is not fed or baited; dolphin sightings are common but cannot be guaranteed due to their wild nature
Departures happen rain or shine, excluding severe weather; sunsets cannot be guaranteed
