Hello, Fabulous Bear Creek Neighbors! When I’m not busy planning neighborhood events or enjoying our wonderful Bear Creek community, I have another passion… helping people buy and sell homes!
Whether it’s helping a buyer get their keys or helping a seller make their next big move, I absolutely LOVE what I do!
And speaking of making moves… I wanted to share something super fun I have coming up THIS SATURDAY!
 The FREE Haunted Homebuyers Class!
Buying a home doesn’t have to be scary, and we’re here to prove it!
We’re making this a family-friendly event with some extra Halloween magic!
FREE pumpkin picking from my famous pumpkin patch!
FREE childcare and fun games for the kiddos!
Learn how you may be able to buy a home with as little as $500 down!
I’ll be joined by two fabulous industry professionals:
 Ashley Tengler with Waterstone Mortgage
 Shar Schaffeld with Credlocity
Together, we’ll help take the fright out of financing, credit, interest rates and the homebuying process!
And for my neighbors thinking about SELLING… don’t think I’ve forgotten about you! Whether you’re considering upsizing, downsizing, or just curious what your home might be worth, I’m always happy to help you explore your options.
 Saturday, October 17 | 2–4 PM
 560 W. Kodiak Dr., Meridian
SPACE IS LIMITED & RSVP IS REQUIRED! Angel: 208-577-7712
This FREE class is open to everyone throughout the Treasure Valley, so please share it with anyone who might benefit! A little knowledge can open the door to some pretty amazing possibilities.
Because the only thing that should be scary this Halloween is the decorations… NOT buying or selling a home!
Hope to see some familiar Bear Creek faces there!
