🏴☠️🎃 AHOY, RAVENS! WELCOME TO HAUNTED HIGH SEAS! 🎃🏴☠️Get ready for a spooktacular day at Ravens Cross! We’re celebrating the Halloween season with a Fall Fest, a bake sale fundraiser, pumpkin painting, costumes, Amtgard battles, and plenty of pirate shenanigans!
Our goal is to raise money for our upcoming Ravens Cross End-Reign on December 6 so we can help make gate fees more affordable for everyone!
🧁 HAUNTED BAKE SALE & FUNDRAISER
We’ll have baked goods and other goodies available in exchange for suggested donations. Every contribution helps us work toward our End-Reign budget!
But we need our amazing Ravens to help make this fundraiser a success!
Can you donate something? We’re looking for:
* 🧁 Cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and other baked treats
* 🍞 Breads, sweet breads, and other homemade goodies
* 🎃 Halloween-themed treats and snacks
* 🏴☠️ Ravens Cross merchandise or other items suitable for donation
* 🎁 Other fun items people might enjoy taking home!
You don’t have to be a baker to help! If you have an item you’d like to donate, we’d love to hear about it.
If you’re willing to donate baked goods or other items, please comment on this event or contact us so we can coordinate! Let us know what you’re thinking of bringing so we can get an idea of what we’ll have available.
Huge thanks to Kymora, who has already offered to bake something and donate Ravens Cross bags, and Viridian, who has also volunteered to bake! ❤️ Let’s show them some love and see what else our wonderful community can contribute!
🎃 PUMPKIN PAINTING CONTEST
Want to show off your artistic skills? Bring your own pumpkin and join our pumpkin painting contest! We’ll provide the paint pens, and you bring the creativity. Let’s see what spooky, silly, or spectacular pumpkins our Ravens can create!
👻 WEAR YOUR HALLOWEEN COSTUME!
Pirates, witches, monsters, heroes, and everything in between are welcome! Come dressed up and bring some Halloween spirit to the high seas!
⚔️ AMTGARD BATTLES & FUN
We’ll still have our usual Amtgard fun, so bring your gear, invite a friend, and get ready to spend the day with your fellow Ravens!
❤️ WHY WE’RE DOING THIS
All proceeds from the bake sale and fundraiser will go toward the Ravens Cross End-Reign budget, with the goal of helping lower gate fees for everyone. Every donated item and every suggested donation helps us get closer to that goal.
Whether you bake, donate, buy a treat, paint a pumpkin, fight, or simply come hang out, you’re helping make Ravens Cross a wonderful community.
Let’s make this a fantastic fall celebration!
