Using standard folding chairs and low-impact transitions close to the floor, we will build a dark, beautiful, and fluid movement routine step-by-step.
No upper body strength or prior experience required, come exactly as you are!
What to Wear:
Wear whatever makes you feel spooky, sexy, or cozy! Costumes are highly encouraged, or just come in your favorite comfortable movement gear. Bare feet are completely fine, but bringing your favorite heels is awesome too! 👠✨
