Enter an immersive haunted experience filled with eerie environments, unsettling characters, theatrical effects and terrifying surprises. Follow your guide through transformed galleries as the Museum’s most dangerous objects come to life.

What to Know
- Approximately 45 minutes
- Guided groups of up to 10 guests
- Recommended for ages 13+
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Includes darkness, jump scares, loud noises, haze, flashing lights, frightening imagery and confined-feeling spaces
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour. Check-in is at the marked Haunted Halls entrance at the rear of the Thunder Bay Museum, 425 Donald Street East. Guests may need to wait outdoors, so dress for the weather.

Tickets
Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time. All sales are final unless the Museum cancels the event. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The event runs rain or shine.
For everyone’s safety, guests must remain with their group, follow staff instructions and avoid touching performers, props or displays. Photography and video may take place during the event; please notify staff at check-in if you prefer not to appear.
