Start your Sunday with a mindful Hatha yoga flow guided by Lauren.
This 75-minute class focuses on steady, breath-led movement to create space in the body and peace in the mind.
Drawing from the 8-Limbs of Yoga, each class offers movement and a chance to connect with yourself and set the tone for the week ahead.
What to Expect
- Balanced Sequencing – A blend of strength, stretch, and stillness for a complete practice.
- Breath & Awareness – Learn to pair breath with movement for greater focus and presence.
- Accessible for All Levels – Modifications and options offered so you can practice at your own pace.
- Community Atmosphere – Warm, welcoming environment with props available in the studio.

Where: Bhakti House Yoga Studio in Grand Junction, CO (Residential address provided on sign-up)
Cost: Donation-based - give what feels right for you
Props: Mats, bolsters, straps, blocks, and meditation cushions available; you’re welcome to bring your own

Hi there! My name is Lauren and it brings me joy to have the opportunity to spend some time during my week with you.
Yoga has transformed my life and I share now in hopes of supporting your personal journey. I consciously took the first steps into my yoga journey back in 2019, when I seemingly had no choice but to go in.
The call to myself was loud and clear, so I moved into it. Of course, it was and is not all sunshine and rainbows, but in times of storms, I now stand firm, trusting the sun will come to shine down the line.
The journey has been fruitful and has kindled many connections with myself and those around me. This oscillation between expansion and contraction has allowed me the time necessary to discover, practice, and embody my life in a way that I feel is beautiful. For these reasons, I come to share this piece of yoga.
Movement supplies an opportunity to process and flow through whatever it is that may come to the surface in our lives at any given time. It is a tool that is all ways present, so why not harness its abilities!
