TRIFECTA is a one-of-a-kind journey that will transport and transform you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
We'll begin by sipping a CEREMONIAL GRADE CACAO that is grown, harvested, and prepared in Guatemala according to the ancient formula handed down from the Mayan ancestors to their present-day descendants. This heart-warming and heart-opening elixir will support you in nourishing your brain, fueling your body, and expanding your soul as you set your intention for your next steps in life. Next, Jere will facilitate the incredible PRANAYAMIC BREATHWORK PROCESS, an active meditation technique that uses your breath to clear and release energy, open your heart, and emotionally detox your body. - Doors open at 6:00. Please arrive before 6:30 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 6:30.
- Feel free to stay afterwards for herbal tea and great conversation.
WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances.
BRING:
- A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.)
- Mugs will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own personal cup or mug if you wish.
