Meet Your Instructor | Kelly McInerney ✨
Kelly McInerney is a Los Angeles–based certified yoga instructor, writer, and comedian. She discovered her love for Hatha yoga while training in Rishikesh, India with Nirvana Yoga School, drawn to its mindfulness and intentional pace. She believes Hatha is a welcoming practice for everyone, and that good music can make any flow more fun.
