Hatha flow takes the basics you know and love and keeps them moving in a lively, continuous flow. This class is designed to lightly challenge your balance and coordination by introducing a quicker pace and creative transitions. We’ll play with props to find better leverage and extra length, making an evolving practice feel smooth and accessible.
After moving our bodies, we will transition into an optional, complimentary 15-minute post-class tea sipping featuring freshly brewed green tea. Beyond offering a cozy moment to connect and unwind, research shows that consuming green tea during and after exercise helps reduce the oxidative stress that naturally accumulates during physical activity. Join us to build strength, restore your cells, and sip your way into a balanced day!
*We strive to reduce waste at Synergy. If you want your tea to-go, we encourage you to bring a reusable cup/mug.
Bio
Drew discovered yoga in college while recovering from a sports-related back injury. What began as a way to support healing quickly became a lifelong passion. Through consistent practice, Drew experienced firsthand how yoga can strengthen the body while also bringing balance and clarity to the mind.
Drew enjoys practicing a variety of styles including vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, foundations, aerial, and paddle board yoga, and brings enthusiasm for exploration into each class.
As a teacher, Drew aims to guide students through thoughtful, intentional practices that are nourishing and supportive for both the body and mind. Drew completed the 200-hour Alignment Based Yoga Specialist (ABYS) Level 1 training through YogaOAK University in 2025 and has been teaching since March 2026.
When not at the studio, Drew enjoys hiking in the forests of the Pacific Northwest, gardening, and spending time with friends.
