QUALITIES OF TOUCH
What is touch, and when does it begin exactly? At what point is our perception shifting from relating into touch. We explore primal patterns of touch and their transformation into movement, emotions, dialogue and meaning. What happens to the quality of touch during typical movement sequences? How does the nature of touch alter our movement sequences? How do we develop awareness of the quality of touch towards ourselves, towards space and time, and towards our dance partners?
THE POETIC OF MOVING ANATOMY (PAN)
Do movements have meaning, just as words do in poems or colours in paintings? I would like to invite you to explore the meaning of our bodies, the poetry of our anatomy. Within 12 months, we will research 12 colors of embodiment in contact improvisation in 12 modules.
HASSAN AFTABRUYAN
is a moving and dancing being, a body philosopher and intimacy researcher. Hassan leads motionlab.cologne, a school for contact improvisation and embodiment. After intensive aikido training years Hassan is engaged in creating transformational spaces in movement and dance.

Was ist Berührung, und wann beginnt sie genau? Ab welchem Punkt verlagert sich unsere Wahrnehmung von der Beziehung hin zur Berührung? Wir erforschen ursprüngliche Muster der Berührung und deren Umwandlung in Bewegung, Emotionen, Dialog und Bedeutung. Was geschieht mit der Qualität der Berührung während typischer Bewegungsabläufe? Wie verändert die Art der Berührung unsere Bewegungsabläufe? Wie entwickeln wir ein Bewusstsein für die Qualität der Berührung gegenüber uns selbst, gegenüber Raum und Zeit sowie gegenüber unseren Tanzpartnern?
DIE POETIK DER BEWEGTEN ANATOMIE (PAN)
Haben Bewegungen eine Bedeutung, so wie Worte in Gedichten oder Farben in Gemälden? Ich mag einladen, die Bedeutung unseres Körpers zu erforschen, die Poetik unserer Anatomie. 12 Farben der Verkörperung in der Kontaktimprovisation schauen wir uns in 12 Modulen über das Jahr hinweg an.
