About this Event
Class description:
This expressive arts experience is a space to slow down, connect, and explore what gratitude means to each of us. The hope is that everyone feels comfortable showing up exactly as they are, without judgment or expectations. You don’t need to be an artist or have all the answers. Just bring yourself, your experiences, and an openness to discovering what creativity might reveal.
We will be creating a piece that helps us think about what we’re grateful for and how all of those things are connected .
Facillitating Artist Bio:
Ali is someone who believes deeply in the power of human connection, kindness, and finding beauty in life’s little moments. Her personal and professional experiences have given her the opportunity to walk alongside people from many different backgrounds and through many different seasons of life. Along the way, she learned that everyone carries a story, and that compassion, understanding, and simply feeling seen can make a meaningful difference.
She also learned that life can be beautiful and incredibly difficult at the same time. Gratitude doesn’t mean ignoring the hard things or pretending everything is okay. Sometimes it means recognizing a small moment of peace, a meaningful connection, or a little bit of hope in the midst of uncertainty.
She does all of the above while hiking and finding other adventures outdoors, being the Worlds Best Auntie, going to Jazzercise, and creating in all sorts of ways.”
