Join us at Wellnest for Harvest Your Calm — a grounding seasonal experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and settle into the richness of this time of year.
We will begin with a grounding stretch and core class to open the body and release tension, followed by a guided breathwork session paired with Ayre Label's Orange aromatherapy ring — a warm, earthy scent that invites you to drop in and return to your senses.
Afterward, get creative and playful with a mini pumpkin painting session, and take home a thoughtfully curated collection of wellness goodies to continue the ritual at home.
