Join us for a deeply nourishing 75-minute journey inspired by the rhythms of the fall season—a time of gratitude, reflection, release, and renewal.
Just as nature moves through cycles of growth and rest, our bodies thrive when given opportunities to slow down, restore balance, and recharge. This immersive experience blends sound healing, guided imagery, meditation and aromatherapy to encourage nervous system relaxation, support the mind-body connection, and nurture your overall well-being.
Through gentle sound and mindful stillness, you'll be invited to release the stresses of daily life, reconnect with yourself, and create space for greater balance and renewal.

- Aromatherapy with essential oils to encourage relaxation and emotional well-being.
- Cozy Recliner Chairs to help you settle into deep comfort and stillness.
