About this Event
Harvest Table: An Indigenous Chef Curated Experience
We welcome you to join us for an elegant evening to enjoy a curated menu in our beautiful grand foyer, that is more than just a meal—it's a celebration of tradition, culture, and fresh, local flavors. It is also to raise funds in support of our truly impactful annual Education Festival, Celebrating Indigenous Diversity and Excellence, where we offer free Indigenous programming to equity deserving students in the Region of Waterloo.
Chef Aicha, from Six Nations of the Grand River, is the Founder of Esha's Eats, and knowledgeable Cultural Strategist, who will speak with guests about pre-contact foodways and cooking.
Bring your appetite, pocketbook, and open heart for an unforgettable evening at the Harvest Table.
