Join Chef Espino for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating the colors, flavors, and creativity of the harvest season!
In this workshop, students will learn the art of making and designing homemade pasta from scratch. Using seasonal ingredients to naturally create vibrant colors and unique flavors, Chef Espino will guide students through creative techniques for coloring, shaping, layering, and decorating pasta to create beautiful, Pinterest-worthy edible works of art!
The best part....students will get to enjoy their freshly made creations during class as a delicious lunch. They’ll also prepare additional fresh pasta to take home and share with family and friends—or dry and save to enjoy at a later date.

Culinary Class Refund Policy:
- All sales are final due to the limited seating in our kitchens, as well as the amount of prep time and food cost associated with each registered student.
- While we don’t offer refunds or credits, you may send someone to attend in your place. We ask that you please email us well in advance so that we can be prepared for any changes to the guest list.
Culinary Class Schedule Changes:
- If the College Cancels a Course a full refund is issued.
- Non-attendance to a Class/Program does not constitute a withdrawal, nor entitle the participant to a refund.
- Please confirm work schedules before registering for classes. Refunds and credits will not be issued due to change of work schedule.
Participants will receive an email detailing information on each class a few days before the start of class.
