• Mindful Healing: Sound bowl healing, grief yoga, gentle movement, breathing, and restorative practices

• Grief support materials available for purchase, including books, affirmation cards, grief kits, and more
Registration is $50, and space is intentionally limited to help create an intimate and supportive atmosphere.
