As the Harvest Moon rises and autumn settles in, join us for an intimate women's circle and full sound bath experience at Isis Books & Gifts. This two-hour gathering is your invitation to slow down, turn inward, and honor the abundance you've cultivated this year.
We'll open with a sharing circle — a sacred space to speak, listen, and hold space for one another — before easing into a deeply restorative sound bath featuring singing bowls, gong, chimes, and vocal toning. Under the energy of the Harvest Moon, let the healing vibrations quiet your mind, soften your body, and reconnect you with your inner stillness.
The Harvest Moon reminds us to gather what we've sown — not just in our gardens, but in our hearts and lives. This is a time to reflect on what has bloomed, express gratitude for the growth, and gently release what is ready to fall away. Whether you're craving connection, deep rest, or a moment to simply be, this circle welcomes you exactly as you are.
This is a time for women to gather, ground into the present moment, and remember that self-care is not selfish — it's essential. No experience necessary; simply arrive and receive.

About Your Facilitator
Izzy is a 200-hour yoga teacher, Reiki Master (Level Two), and certified in past life regression, quantum healing, and hypnosis. With over five years of experience as a sound bath practitioner, she creates sacred, intentional spaces for deep healing and restoration. Passionate about accessible wellness, Izzy founded the Denver Sound Bath Collective to bring transformative sound healing to the community.
