Join us after school or after work for a Harvest Festival Parking Lot gathering! There are so many things happening on the weekends, we decided to try a Friday afternoon/evening event for a change, right here at Blue Market AK. Activities will include:
- local farmers popping up with the season's produce bounty
- vendors selling local ferments, medicinal tinctures and ayurvedic teas
- creatives painting, block printing, and making books on the spot
- hot cider flowing, pressed from Alaskan apples
- a firepit to stay warm and cozy
- our octopus bottle cap mural community artwork will be back out, so we can all contribute to this fantastic mural that will keep hundreds of bottle caps out of the oceans and landfill!
- and service DOGS!! (with Paws for Purple Hearts trainers)
- and carrot cake cookies (of course, tis the season) - as well as the other usual foods we have in the store
