Join us for our first HARVEST FEST, a one-day fall wellness experience created to celebrate the season through movement, nourishment, creativity, nature and community. Set on more than 25 beautiful wooded acres, HARVEST will include yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, art and nature experiences, sauna access, time to explore the property and plenty of space to slow down and connect.
Your Harvest Day Pass includes:
• Daytime classes + workshops
• Lunch from Sol + Roots
• Sauna access
• Nature trails + outdoor spaces
• Community experiences throughout the day
Desserts from Sol + Roots will also be available for purchase.
Lunch is included in HARVEST experience - Optional Dinner Add-On (from Sol + Roots) will be available for $20.

IGNITE includes:
• Ceremonial fire dance performance
• Guided somatic movement
• Ecstatic dance
• Intro to fire spinning
• Limited opportunity to try fire dancing with palm torches

Tickets are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate, spacious and connected.
Early Bird pricing is available through September 27. After that, prices increase 20%.

HARVEST FEST is an indoor + outdoor event. Please dress for the season and come prepared to move between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day and evening. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
FAQ:
Do I need any yoga experience to attend?
~ absolutely NOT. Our gatherings are centered around inclusive accessible wellness workshops, classes and qualified teachers and guides to meet you where you are in your wellness journey. We are here to authenticity and genuine connection for those that are inspired to live a healthier and happier life!
What should I bring?
~ bring a yoga mat ( props if you like especially for the sound healing portion. It is an indoor and outdoor event so bring some cozy fall layers, if you plan to enjoy the sauna we recommend bathing suit and towel, water bottle, lunch is provided and dinner is a $20 add on ( bring snacks if you like), drinks and other vending goodies will be there for sale as well as body workers offering mini sessions ( so bring cash or online payments will be accepted too).
What if I don't know anyone?
~This is THE PERFECT place to make new friends. Our community is very welcoming and friendly and full of other people also traveling alone.
If I am coming from afar is there a place to stay the night?
~ great question.. we don't have overnight here but we are in Ann Arbor where there are tons of great hotels and Airbnb's making this the perfect little weekend getaway.
How do the classes work? Do I sign up?
~ During each time session you can choose between 1 to 3 offerings. You do not need to sign up. Also, you do not need to take all the classes. You are free to enjoy the property, the trails and woods, the bonfires and sauna, and just let the day take you as you go.
What are the difference price packages?
~ this day is a collaboration with us here at Barefoot and the lovely ladies of Symbiotic-a. From 10am-6pm we are your gracious hosts and then at 6-1130pm the "fire ladies" will take over the evening. They are teaching fire workshops, somatic and ecstatic dance experience with a live DJ, and evening bonfire.
~ you may purchase :
1. day pass only
2. evening pass only ( add on extra for dinner with evening portion)
3. Or the pass that included both ( still option to add on dinner ).

What if it rains?
We have tents and indoor facilities - for the hike we will see how the weather fairs and day of let you know how to adjust!
