Any contact made by Muhlenberg Community Library will be made via the event organizer, Lori Madara at [email protected]. We will not solicit individual vendors directly. Vendor info is posted on our Facebook and website, as well as, local Facebook vendor pages. Please be cautious! We cannot accommodate anyone that is not already on our vendor list or anyone that has made payment for a space to any other entity other than Muhlenberg Community Library. ALL SPACES ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO MUHLENBERG COMMUNITY LIBRARY ONLY! If in doubt, contact the library directly at (610)929-0589.
Harvest Craft Fair Vendor Information--
Event takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, 9AM-2PM.
Eligibility: All work must be original hand-crafted items. No resale of commercially available items permitted.
Home-Based Direct Sale Party Consultants: Only one per company will be accepted, first come, first serve.
Location: MUHLENBERG HIGH SCHOOL, Gymnasium, 400 Sharp Avenue Reading, PA 19605.
Entrance fees: $25 for approximately 6’ deep by 10’ wide, able to fit a 6’ table; however, NO CHAIRS OR TABLES will be provided.
$35 for approximately 10' deep by 10' wide space. NO CHAIRS OR TABLES will be provided.
$50 for approximately 10' deep by 10' wide space for a pop-up tent/canopy. Spaces are limited. NO CHAIRS OR TABLES will be provided.
$5 additional fee for electric hook-up. (Limited availability.)
We will accept applications until Oct. 1, 2026 or until we sell out.
Payment is due with the application in order to reserve your spot.
No refunds will be issued.
Set up: Friday, Oct. 23 from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm; Saturday, Oct. 24 from 7:30 am-9:00 am.
(Spaces not claimed by 7:30 am Oct 24th will be forfeited). Clean up: No tear down prior to 2:00 pm.
