🌾 HARVEST & RELEASE 🌾A Transformational Breathwork Journey
Friday, October 2 • 6:00–9:00 PM
Satori Healing Center • Chico
$65 • Advance payment required
As the season turns, we gather to breathe, release, and return to ourselves.
This is a deeply held evening journey designed to take you inward and create space for whatever is ready to move, shift, soften, or be released.
✨ Our evening unfolds in stages:
🌿 Opening Circle
We gather together, settle into the space, and connect with the intention of the evening.
🕯️ Guided Meditation & Intention Setting
A grounding meditation helps you arrive fully in your body and consciously set an intention for your journey.
🌬️ Transformational Breathwork Journey
We then move into a Holotropic-style transformational breathing journey, accompanied by music and held in a safe, supportive space. You’ll be invited to surrender to your own inner process and allow the breath, body, and music to guide you.
🌙 Closing Integration
We gently return from the journey with time for stillness, reflection, and integration, followed by an opportunity to share and connect with the group.
Breathe. Release. Reset. Rise.
This is an invitation to honor the season by releasing what you no longer need and making room for what wants to emerge.
