Join us for a special collaboration with Food Strong featuring an on-site visit to their urban farm. Participants will enjoy a guided farm tour, learn more about the seasonal crops being grown, and have the opportunity to help harvest select produce that is ready to pick.
A registered dietitian will also highlight the nutritional benefits of the featured crops and share practical ways to incorporate seasonal produce into meals at home. The experience will conclude with a sampling of chili, showcasing a flavorful way to use seasonal ingredients.
