As we come into the heat and height of summer, join me for a deeply restorative sound bath where stress and tension can gently fall away, making space for calm, clarity and deep rest.
Held within the rich vibrations of symphonic and planetary gongs, woven with the soulful sounds of the Native American flute, stillness and silence, this is an opportunity to simply receive.
No experience is needed—only a willingness to slow down.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that helps you feel warm and comfortable.
Afterwards, we'll gather for a spiced tea and a small homemade treat before returning gently to the day.
